can not open Applicarion menu

I installed Punto Switcher windows application through WINE.Then i try to delete it cos' it didn't work properly.When i deleted it,i'v detected that icons from punto switcher are still in Application manu?i tried to delete them manualy by editing this menu and deleting shortcuts icons of Punto Switcher.Now i cant open this menu ,it just doesn't drop down.
If you can help me in this it would be great.

What exactly did you delete? And how?

Firstly i'v unistalled the Punto Switcher(PS).Because it is the Windows program and becouse i'v installsed PS through WINE(Windows emulator for Ununtu), i tried to uninstall PS through WINE using Application menu->Wine->PS->Uninstall(just as usualy uninstalling programs in windows).But after uninstalliation the icons(shortcuts) for PS where still in Application menu->Other.And i tried to delete those icons(shortcut) by right clicking on the Application menu and chosing Edit->then the new window opens wher i find and try to delete PS icons(shortcuts).
After this i cant open or edit Application menu.
