Bug Description

When starting a program the mouse cursor does not switch back from "waiting

Does it do this every time ? Specifically, when you launch which programs ?
How are you requesting the program ? What version of ubuntu are you running ?

Please read `How to report bugs effectively',

Same thing here. (kubuntu breezy RC1).

It seems all GTK based applications (openoffice, firefox etc) use the default
x-windows cursor
and not the kubuntu human theme.
