Bug Description

sudo apt-get install telnetd (which doesn't seem to allow any telnet server to start)
then install sudo apt-get install inetutils-telnetd (did (1) and didn't (2) remove telnetd when offered chances).
Removing (1) just didn't work and not removing (2) caused this crash
