Marking a bug as duplicate needs a better UI

Bug Description
Often when you find that a reported bug is a duplicate, you don't know
the exact bug number, you have to search for it. It'd be nice if the
"Mark as Duplicate" page offered a possibility to search for bugs.
As a side note, after I filed this bug, I noticed that I've marked a bug as duplicate of 1773 instead of 1733.
