Bug Description

Binary package hint: bzrtools

On hardy, I ran "apt-get dist-upgrade" and then "apt-get -f install", but the same error occured again. I removed bzrtools, so the rest of the packages could finish configuring themselves, and I was able to reinstall bzrtools successfully after that.

Confirming the bug and the workaround (this happens only on upgrades, no on installations).
