Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
Nautilus is used to draw both the desktop and the file browser. The desktop is just a normal folder like any other, be it ~ or ~/Desktop, Nautilus' settings for that folder should also apply to the desktop. That is, when you set a desktop background, I think that background should be used in the file browser too, and when you change the icon size in the file browser, then that icon size should be used on the desktop. This behaviour should probably be configurable using gconf-editor.
