lib files in wrong directory

Bug Description

xaw3dg put the lib files in /usr/X11R6/lib while /etc/ld.so.conf doesn't point
to this directory.
Which causes other packages depends on xaw3dg to fail. For xfig in Universe has
the following error:

...
libXaw3d.so.6 => not found
...

The rdepends in germinate-output should answer that question

fixed in breezy, and man its build system is complete crack
