Please sync glunarclock 1:0.32.4-10 from Debian(Unstable)

Binary package hint: glunarclock

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only remaining change was "Build-depend on libxklavier12-dev instead of libxklavier11-dev."
This is now fixed in debian. Besides that some other handy fixes.

 glunarclock (1:0.32.4-10) unstable; urgency=low

   * debian/control:
     + Wrapped Build-Depends and Depends.
     + Rebuilt against 'libxklavier12-dev | libxklavier-dev'
       (Closes: #468295, #468434).
     + Added Homepage field.
     + Bumped Standards-Version to 3.7.3 (thanks Lintian).
   * debian/copyright:
     + Actually added copyright notice (thanks Lintian).
   * debian/rules:
     + Set CFLAGS and pass them over to ./configure.
     + Set LDFLAGS to avoid unnecessary dependencies,
       pass them over to ./configure, too.
     + Do not ignore 'make clean' errors anymore (thanks Lintian).
