Its not possible to setup German after install of kde-i18n-de (Breezy)

I have installed Beta 3 of Breezy ubuntu in Gome was all fine and German
language was installed.After upgrade and dist-upgrade i made
a apt-get install kubuntu-desktop. All was fine but the Language was now on
english. Then i installed kde-i18n-de, after that it is
possible to choose German add , then it was telling that only new started
programs are in the new Language. I made a X-Server restart
but its still on english.

after installing f.e. kde-i18n-de in control-center entry for "German" is still
there, but you can not choose it, it still stays english, I tried this with more
language-packs of kde, still the same, only "English". This works fine with
colony-3 but now with colony-4 it doesn't. Even reinstall of language packs was
of no success.

The kde-i18n-xx packages need to be changed to depend on the new language-pack-kde-xx packages.

Language-Packs from Kubuntu "Hoary Hedgedog" are OK, it works with them. So take
these: ;-)

Installing language-pack-kde-de would work better.

Yesterday i have made an dist-upgrade after that now its all working very well :)
