Bug Description

an unknown error prevents me from installing the update. closing and restarting the update doesn't resolve the problem even if I can take some steps of the procedure because once I get to the selection of the keybord it stops working

Thank you for your bug report Could you add the logs from/var/log/installer after getting the problem or use 'sudo ubuntu-bug ubuntu-desktop-bootstrap' to report the issue (which would automatically include the needed informations)?
