Bug Description

I have an XPS-13 Laptop running Kubuntu with Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS under the hood connected via USB-C to an external DELL P2720DC monitor.
Additionally, i have an gaming PC connected via DP to the monitor.

Everytime i switch the input source at the external monitor to another device and back to the Laptop, the Display Configuration is not restored and i have to manually open the settings and re-enable the monitor, set it as primary and re-arrange the screens correctly (there are always 1 pixel overlapping).

My expectation would be, that the display configuration for a certain set of connected devices is remembered and restored upon switching the input source at the monitor.
