Please sync nvme-cli 2.10.2-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only delta we currently have in Oracular is for bug 2072381, and this fix
has been included with upstream version 2.10 (refer to [0] and [1]).
