Bug Description
It would be good to have PDF versions of at least the User Guide and User Reference. These ought to be proper paper manuals with appropriate headers/footers and an index.
We may want to look into using the (ReST based) Sphinx toolchain as Python itself is using that for documentation beginning with Python 2.6.
