step does not work when slicing a SamplingGrid

If I slice a SamplingGrid using a slice(start, stop, step), the step seems to be ignored. It works fine with the img._data attr, which is a numpy.array. But the img.grid is not handling it correctly. See attached script for example.

Hi Chris,

Can you send the anatfile? The anatfile I have has a different shape....

I have a quite a few changes right now that I want to make available
soon....

I hope this will not affect others working on the code too much, but I
wanted to do what I could to clean things up.

I guess with the distributed repository I can make a new branch that
others can try out, right?

I still have to figure out how this all works...
