From the log:
run-parts: failed to stat component /etc/kernel/postinst.d/vboxadd: No such file or directory

This is a not a kernel component. Can you post the output of:
$ ls -la /etc/kernel/*/

This file probably comes from a virtualbox DKMS package. What do you get for:
$ dpkg -l | grep box

Note that virtualbox-dkms is not officially supported.
