Bug Description

Binary package hint: hal

Recently reinstalled hardy heron daily, while an earlier version of hardy heron I had installed seemed to work, it no longer does. I have a T30 Pure music player. When I plug it in, it appears only as a usb storage device, not as a music device. It is UMS formatted, with 1.71 firmware. There does appear to be a section for it in 10-usb-music-players.fdi, and the added info does seem to get added when I list hal-device, but the icon nevertheless does not appear correctly.

I have included the output of hal-device.
