Kernel 5.15.0-117 has bug similiar to 113 & 116

Hi, kernel 5.15.0-117 has the same problem as 5.15.0-113 and 5.15.0-116 with playing video and youtube. I was forced to downgrade to most stable 5.15.0-112. Playing youtube it stuttered and repeated short fragment 0.5- 1 c endless, all system got frozen. I use Linux Mint Cinnamon 21.1

Sorry, I am not expert in linux commands, so didn't sort dmesg results,
just copied from terminal. But I did it after downgrading, so I am not
sure it's useful. RTL871X is my wifi usb adaptor, it's not too friendly,
but it works. Next time I'll try to do report immediately after error.
