This was originally removed from our archives due to [0], but I think we should keep it in, otherwise we can't build dxvk.

wine is at version 9.0, ahead of wine-development at version 8.21.
Why not adapt dxvk to build with wine instead of wine-development?

Great point, for some reason I thought they were slightly different at the time, I'll try a build pointing to libwine-dev which we already have.

FYI I'll probably close this. I think for dxvk the right path forward is to use libwine-dev, but that is dependent on how easy it is to build with that version.
