Bug Description

When I use OBS and I am recording anything, Screen, Game, Youtube for audio checks etc. I will "alt tab" back to OBS to stop recording and then when I click on stop recording on OBS, it will somehow click the window behind it and put that window open. I have even noticed it when Ubuntu 24.04 has some sort of request for me to send/report an error, I will click submit, and it will click the window behind it. I have to minimize all the windows behind the windows I'm clicking on, in order to submit/stop recording. It has been doing it since release of 24.04 and I had hopes that maybe an update would have fixed it by now. I also hope that it isn't just my system.

I have a youtube video link attached where you can see it happening in real time as I try to stop recording at the end of the video. Video is less that 30 seconds.

Thank you for you help and hard work. I'm loving this OS.
