DRI not configured correctly on Q1

Bug Description

I tried to run the Elisa media player on my Q1 (apt-get install elisa). It fails to launch; instead I get a dialog with an error message to the effect that my hardware isn't configured correctly for 3D software. The problem is that the UME user doesn't have access to DRI on the Q1. This can be verified:

root@ume:~# elisa --benchmark
root@ume:~# su - ume
ume@ume:~$ elisa --benchmark
libGL error: open DRM failed (Operation not permitted)
libGL error: reverting to (slow) indirect rendering
ume@ume:~$

One solution is to add the following to xorg-samsungq1ultra.conf:
Section "DRI"
    Mode 0666
EndSection

I'm using samsung-q1-ultra-config 0.30-0ubuntu1~804um2 from the ubuntu-mobile PPA, but I think this affects all versions.

Ping!

This bug is still valid for images at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/mobile/releases/hardy/ (I tested only the mccaslin one).

Without proposed solution glxinfo tells me that direct rendering is disabled (whereas Xorg.log states otherwise). With proposed fix, both agree and OpenGL apps work
