Bug Description
How to replay:
1.Open chromium - Chromium opens
2.hover over the chromium icon on the dock
3.there will be a loading bar on the cursor
That's what I checked, I took flash drives with a clean installation and found out that Ubuntu has this problem, but Fedora does not have this problem.
This problem occurs on all chromium browsers, it doesn’t matter whether they are deb, snap, flatpack, the problem does not go away.

I don't understand why this doesn't affect fedora (via dnf), but I found out that there was a regression between versions 124.0.6367.91-1 (works fine) -> 125.0.6422.60-1 (it doesn't work properly)
