While creating new access rules, the NetApp ONTAP driver in DHSS=False mode fails while checking if kerberos is enabled for the given vserver/svm. This issue happens when using svm scoped accounts.
Steps to reproduce
==================
- Deploy manila, add a NetApp DHSS=False backend with svm scoped account credentials.
- Create a new share type
- Create a new share
- Attempt to create a new access rule for the given share.
Expected result
===============
Access rule should be created.
Actual result
=============
Creation of the access rule fails and an exception is thrown [1].
