Bug Description

The new system tests tests/system/test_apport_retrace.py fail on all architectures except amd64:

```

FAILED tests/system/test_apport_retrace.py::test_retrace_jammy_sandbox

```

test_retrace_jammy_sandbox and test_retrace_jammy_sandbox_gdb_sandbox operate on a crash file of an amd64 binary. It's expected that they to not work. Apport should check the architecture and complain instead of trying to retrace them.
