Bug Description

When creating a new list, there is a hint explaining what sharing a list does, but it is presented as the title for a link which does not appear to do anything, and which is labeled “lists”. Screen readers do not reliably read title attributes, so many users will likely not notice this explanation. Fix: Provide the hint “Allows the list to be shared through a link or RSS” as text directly on the web page or use an expandable/collapsible button to show or hide this information.
