Bug Description
When setting an activation date for a suspended hold, the calendar pop-up silently populates at the bottom of the DOM, so screen reader users need to move to the bottom of the page view to find it. Fix: Provide instructions as part of the label or as a placeholder for the text field, describing the format in which a date should be typed.
When selecting an activation date for a suspended hold, Focusing on the “Activate on” edit field causes a date selector table to appear, but screen readers do not announce that this happens. Unless a user explores the rest of the screen, they may never realize there is a second option for entering dates. Provide a same-page link to show and move focus to the date picker table.
