openEuler 22.03 fails on periodic weekly

It started failing couple of days ago.

traceback:

We have 3 options here:
1. fix the deployment
2. bump the version of openEuler to 24.03 (the new LTS version), 22.03 has been around for 2 years already
3. remove the job due to the fact it's the older LTS version
