Help pages for merge and pull should tell users about bundles

Bug Description

Currently, the functionality of bundles isn't communicated well to the users.

I suggest the help pages for the pull and merge commands explain that these work with bundles as well as normal branches.

Also the help page for „bundle“ should tell explicitly what can be done with a bundle; namely bzr merge, bzr pull, ...

No, raw bundles are not recommended for merge or pull, and the bundle command itself is deliberately hidden.

In any case, „bzr help bundle“ could tell:
- why you shouldn't pull/merge a bundle
- the recommended method for interacting with bundles
