On dmesg got "workqueue leaked lock or atomic"

Bug Description

This message seems to occur when the laptop is on battery power, possibly related to the hard disk (SSD) being put to sleep. Never saw it while on AC power.

Sequence:
- Unplugged from the AC power brick
- Disk sda is put to sleep
- Eight seconds later the following message: BUG: workqueue leaked lock or atomic: kworker/0:2/0x7fffffff/11288 last function: ata_scsi_dev_rescan
- followed by a diagnostic dump of the kthread call trace
- followed by the following message: BUG: scheduling while atomic: kworker/0:2/11288/0x00000000
- moments later there's a message about sda starting up

First message at 36360.727558, last at 36368.731558 (slightly over 8 seconds)

Just confirmed that a while after unplugging, the sequence of events repeats itself.
