Bug Description
Safari 3.0.4 vs Firefox 2.0.0.12
In S3.0.4, the measurement scale tool slides out of the field of view when the Layers button is pressed - and then it comes back in again.
In S3.0.4, on loading, the image is not centered.
In S3.0.4, the zoom bar slider is fixed at the top of the range, and does not move.
In S3.0.4, the image is only partially drawn on the screen. It appears that the images are present - no spinning cogs appear. The images are just not drawn until some other condition is fulfilled.

The safari issues should all be resolved now for Safari 4.x. The measurement scale tool has not been reimplemented yet in Helioviewer.org 2.0, so that one is no longer valid. I'm currently unable to verify whether any of the issues persist in older versions of Safari (3.x), however if they are found to exist please file a separate bug for each item and I will attempt to solve them.
