 Update Manager Doesn't Work Anymore, Gutsy Gibbon 7.10

Suddenly the Update Manager has stopped working without giving any warnings or error messages.

It tells me there are 18 updates available, then I "check updates" then click "install" and it just keeps going in a loop continually checking for updates, finding them, but will not install them. No matter how many times I click on "install" after it finds the updates available, it goes right back into that loop of checking for them again and never goes beyond that. It used to work just fine.

I have found solution for my problem in this threat ->https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/28022
I had 7.10 and updated to 8.4.

All work perfectly and suddenly Update Manager stoped working (Add/Remove didn't work also).
It's looked just like cheryl holmes's problems.

Solution for my problem was changing server in Software Sources under System>Admin.
Now all works nice :)
