Bug Description
Please sync genometools 1.6.5+ds-2.2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
* No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
* Remove wrong hard-coded test dep.
The Debian package has also removed extra dependency from test control

* Non-maintainer upload.
