Adding entries one after the other creates ghost db entries

Bug Description
If you make more than one entry per session, the database picks up only the first DATETIME and, though it initially looks like it has recorded more than one entry, it hasn't. This can be seen if you edit one of the entries - after saving the changes, the other entries disappear from the list (and the db).

It appears that the date / time field is not being updated while in the session. The code is passing the DATETIME from a text field directly to the database. A fix is underway where the database entry is based on Qt.formatDateTime instead
