Bug Description

For the past year, every time I start my laptop, I get a notification saying that there is an update has been applied. Not matter if I click okay are review, the snap-store pops open with a notification claiming that it's updated my UEFI dbx. When I close that update, either the snap-store keeps refreshing or it claims everything is up to date. After I hit refresh, the snap-store keeps refreshing until I close it; it never stops refreshing.
