wish: scheduled payment on last day of month

I've been going to request this for some time, and it reoccurred again this month.

Can Homebank have a feature to allow scheduled transactions to be set to "last day of month" by some means.

WHY:

At present, once months like Feb / April / June etc occur, the next monthly scheduled date becomes e.g. 30 May ie date doesn't revert to 31 May as it was for 31st March. Obviously this occurs for other months as well so one needs to keep updating the scheduled entry date.
One obvious set of transactions that would utilize this (in NZ) are banks who pay the interest on the last day of every month.

HOW:

Maybe just a tick box that says "always set to last day of month", or less likely necessary - use of "-1" as the day in the date somehow (would break date checking though) which would lead to an option to be the number of days prior to end of month.

So far I know, in most country and financial institution, no recurrent operation occur past the 28th, precisely for the reason this is the last common day possible in every month.

What is the use case ?

Use case is the example I mentioned - recurring transactions that always occur on the last day of the month by businesses external to the user, which means 28th one month, 30th some others, 31st for the rest.
