[Enhancement] When renaming tag, match text anywhere in existing tag instead of just from beginning

Right now when renaming a tag to an existing tag, it only filters on existing tags which start with the text I type. This makes it difficult if I do not know exactly what the tag is that I'm looking for. I would prefer for it to match text anywhere in the tag.

For example, if I have a tag like:

"Fiction: Americana"

and I want to rename a tag from GoodReads or elsewhere that is called "Americana Fiction"

I want to be able to type in

"Americ[...]"

and for one of the suggestions to be

"Fiction: Americana"
