gnome-appearance-properties crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_instance_is_a()

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

Using latest Hardy Heron (updated less than an hour ago - details below).

Opened Gnome appearance properties and clicked on each tab in turn (no changes made on any of them). Crash notice appeared shortly after reaching "Visual Effects" tab. Does not appear to be easily reproduceable.
