ceph-fs creates spurious entity

Bug Description
After a deployment of ceph-fs completes, it's possible to sometimes see spurious entities having been created such as:
mds.None
key: AQBG+0VmyCwGBBA
These can be seen by running 'sudo ceph auth ls' on a monitor.
They aren't always created, and its naming leads me to believe they are done before the hostname of the unit is available. Other than being confusing, they seem to be harmless.
