incorrect window title for credit card type

Bug Description

When account type is Credit Card, ledger book window title is incorrect: it is Account name : Number, Institution (from account definition) - HomeBank. If In case of Bank type, window title is correct: Account name - HomeBank.

Looks like Number and Institution shouldn't take place in window title. If they're empty, window title looks strange: Account name:, - HomeBank.

please test fix:
- https://www.gethomebank.org/public/binaries/HomeBank-5.8-fix1.zip
- replace the executable into Homebank 5.8 install folder by the one within the zip file.
