Ubuntu 24.04 desktop: upon updateing have to run systemctl daemon-reload

Hello,
I have ubuntu 24.04 desktop edition. Upon updating my system via terminal I gget prompted to run:
systemctl daemon-reload

updating output is as follows:

I tried running
apport collect bug# but it didnt work

this seems to be a recoccuring bug that doesn not affect updates, I am in a ubuntu linux support group annd multiple users have probs with systemd n nvidia cards going in standby. But I have a readeon gpu and no probs with standby, im thinking maybe the modules for sytemd do not refresh or something supporting acpi.
