Bug Description

When using KDE Network Manager I can connect to wifi networks without problems. The problem appears when I want to connect to saved networks by tools like nmtui and nmcli. Both these tools can see saved networks but when I want to connect to these networks nmtui asks for a password and nmcli displays an error that the password isn't in config files.
How to reproduce this problem:
1. Add network in Network Manager by GUI (KDE or Gnome).
2. Switch to virtual console (ctrl+alt+fx)
3. Use nmtui to connect to the saved network or use nmcli connection up <ssid> command.

Thank you for your bug report. Could you do 'journalctl -f', try to connect to a wifi using one of those utility and see if any error is logged? It's working fine here on a Ubuntu/GNOME system

Password for "digital-net-ac" wifi network is saved only for my user in Network Manager.

The log also has
device (wlp5s0): no secrets: No agents were available for this request.

Could be that KDE is missing an agent, would be worth trying under a GNOME session if you see the same behaviour

As I wrote in the bug description I used a virtual console (Ctrl+alt+F3) to run nmtui or nmcli. There was no graphical environment. I tested it also in KDE Konsole and it works the same: asks for a password. I will install Gnome today and test how it works there.

Same problem in Gnome. nmtui keeps asking for a password, even if the network is saved in Gnome Network Manager. Logs in attachment.
