Bug Description

[summary]
Cannot validate manual installation of nebulous agent:

- The documentation of TC_14 and TC_15 redirect to the installation of the nebulous core, not the agent.
- There is no documentation, binaries or helm releases relative to the nebulous agent.

Without this tests working TC_16 (uninstalling agent), TC_17 and TC_18 (resilience tests) cannot be validated

[environment]
Cluster installation: minikube start --memory=4g --driver=docker
Nebulous core manually installed following the wiki.

[steps to reproduce]

[expected results]
If the node has enough resources:
- NebulOuS agent is successfully installed. User can see relevant logs.
- The new NebulOuS manually-managed node is visible from the NebulOuS administration panel and can be used.

If the node doesn't have enough resources:
- NebulOuS agent installation fails. User can see relevant logs that helps identify the problem.

As described during Barcelona meeting, the onboarding process for "manually-managed" devices is entirely done from nebulous UI ( for the 1st release). This test case assumes that a nebulous agent will be instaleld by the user to the device, this is, in fact, the onboarding process that will be investigated during 2nd release. A set of tests should be provided for the 1st release approach.

Nevertheless, this test case is not part of the list of test cases provided in D6.1. Please, refer to that list to see what are the actual test to be conducted for this 1st release of NebulOuS.
