Bug Description

[summary]
Cannot validate that a device owner can de-register a device:

- There is no way to set roles to users, the system have the admin with all permisions and other manualy created users which seem to have restricted permisions.
- Is not posible to submit the form to edit an existing application.

There is a list of resources that refers to the clouds added to nebulous and a list of applications but not a list of devices. You can delete items from both available lists.

[environment]
Cluster installation: minikube start --memory=4g --driver=docker
Nebulous core manually installed following the wiki.

[steps to reproduce]
- Log into Nebulous GUI as admin.
- Looked for device registrations in the following places:
  - {nebulous_base_url}/applications
  - {nebulous_base_url}/users
  - {nebulous_base_url}/applications/resources

[expected results]
- NebulOuS de-registers the node.
- All NebulOuS agent binaries, services, logs are removed from the manually-managed node.
- Application running on the node are terminated.
- All binaries, data, logs pertaining to user applications deployed with NebulOuS in the agent are removed.
- Device owner is informed about the status of the process.
