Bug Description
In the tutorial:

It directs users to install channel=2023.1
> sudo snap install openstack --channel 2023.1
And it will generate a node preparation script to install Juju 3.2
$ sunbeam prepare-node-script | grep channel
sudo snap install --channel 3.2/stable juju
And it's EOL already.

> 30 Jan 2024: end of bug fix support
It seems that the Juju version bump wasn't backported:

Correct - we've not taken the time to rebase 2023.1 on the work that moved 2023.2/2024.1 forward to 3.4.
This will be included in the rebase we're planning in the next month or so.
