Bug Description
The Automatic Net Layout feature puts vertices (places and transitions) on top of each other, sometimes with a small offset, sometimes not. This is observed even when using default automatic layout settings.

I have attached some MCC nets were the problem occurs, but I believe it happens for most nets.
