Bug Description
Running "debvm-create -r noble -z 2G" as normal user will fail to delete the temporary directory due to missing permissions:
```
$ debvm-create -r noble -z 2G
[...]
rm: cannot remove '/tmp/tmp.
rm: cannot remove '/tmp/tmp.
rm: cannot remove '/tmp/tmp.
rm: cannot remove '/tmp/tmp.
rm: cannot remove '/tmp/tmp.
```
