Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Bug reporting is about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug.
I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg. https:/ /answers. launchpad. net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http:// loco.ubuntu. com/ or asking at https:/ /askubuntu. com or https:/ /ubuntuforums. org, or for more support options please look at https:/ /discourse. ubuntu. com/t/community -support/ 709
You've filed this bug against the upgrade process of 18.04 that upgraded you to 20.04 that was run 360 days ago? (Ubuntu- release- upgrader upgrades your release, last run 360 days ago, and won't be run again until you upgrade to 22.04, but you mention this as a regular cycle?) I suggest support, as I'm unsure what your issue is.
It maybe helpful to convert this question into a question (ie. geared at support), at least until its worked out what your issue, but its unlikely the tool you ran 360 days ago & hasn't run again since. Maybe kernel, kernel module instead is your issue.
