kwallet will not accept passw; nor let me change it

It will not stop popping up, but will not accept my passw (same one I use to login to my computer & sudo) nor let me set it. It is grayed out no matter where I access the config settings

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this. It does not pop up and I can change the password fine. Can you please tell me what wants it? Wifi? A screenshot of the pop up and greyed out screen?

If you need to reset the password and it’s not accepting the current one, you might need to delete the wallet file to reset it. The wallet file is usually located at /home/<user name>/.local/share/kwalletd/kdewallet.kwl. Deleting this file will prompt the creation of a new wallet and allow you to set a new password. https://www-netbenefits.com
