Bug Description
Subiquity does not detect existing partitions when selecting the manual partitioning option. If I pick the choose partition instead it shows "null". If I pick erase disk, it crashes at the last step of the installation with "Something went wrong" -> "We are sorry, but we are not sure what the error is." The disk contains a healthy installation of ubuntu 22.04 and it can be detected by gnome disks. I've attached screenshots and log files.
