Bug Description

How to reproduce

Create a wireless Internet connection
Open a browser, make sure you have Internet access

Install and configure vpnc
connect to VPN via "sudo vpnc"

Check in browser if you still have access to Internet, you should
Now disconnect from VPN by running "sudo vpnc-disconnect"

Reload the current page in Browser

Expected
You still have access to Internet, the page reloads

What actually happens
You won't have access to Internet anymore, the page does not reload (even though the Wireless Icon looks like as if you are still connected)

You can fix this by deactivating and activating the wireless connection again.

Further Info
In Xubuntu 24, where this happens too, a message appears that the Network has been disconnected after running the vpnc-disconnect command
