Cancel transit from item status on item with a hold does not display alert

Bug Description
When cancelling a hold transit from the transit list, an alert opens labelled "Cancel Transits and Reset Associated Holds" with the text "Cancel [number] transit? There is [number] associated hold."
This alert does not display when cancelling a hold transit in Item Status.
The hold is retargeted.
